Upholding Workplace Integrity

The attitudes, behaviors and responses of staff demonstrate a commitment to organizational values and goals. Ethical conduct prevails in the workplace. They act to prevent misconduct and improper behavior, they raise integrity concerns and they do not support destabilizing attitudes and behaviors. Staff know what the organisation expects of them, and carry out their duties in accordance with these expectations.

Processes for identifying and managing risks in the work place are effective and specific attention is paid to issues which have been associated with integrity issues. Staff are aware of and understand these risks. There is a high level of compliance with workplace policies and processes

Integrity concerns are managed in the interests of the individual, the organisation, and the public; To offer up solutions for integrity challenges we introduce to you, “Smart Hire”. This is a behavioral psychometric test that aims at identifying prospective candidates with integrity.


Our Integrity Test assesses Integrity in 9 dimensions

  • Integrity of Commitment – this indicates how well he fulfils his commitments.
  • Integrity against Inducements / Temptation / Vice – indicates his level of vulnerability to inducements
  • Integrity against Lust –Lust digresses the person from his commitments and makes him do undesirable things
  • Integrity against Greed – greed is wanting more than necessity. Presence of greed in a person causes sell-out – of info, secrets
  • Integrity of Respect – for rights and property of others – Respect for other’s rights and property refrains from taking anything that doesn’t rightfully belong to him
  • Integrity towards Facts – It is about the propensity of the employee to tell lies
  • Transactional Integrity – there are many occasions when the employees get stressed out during work – sometimes caused by the customer (internal or external).
  • Legal Integrity – this becomes apparent when the ethics of the employee conflict with the laws – of the organization
  • Secular Integrity – this is becoming increasingly recognized as a major source of anti-social actions
